ABOUT CAROL
Carol has been an athlete her entire life and loves sharing her love of movement with clients. She fell in love with Pilates a few years ago after having her second child; she found the focus on core really helped strengthen her entire body and center her mind. When it comes to movement, Carol believes the end result is to feel good in your body, to feel stronger and improve mobility. Every day you can move your body is a gift! She hopes that clients walk out of her classes smiling, feeling stronger and more confident. She focuses on form and core strength and loves making a kick ass playlist to guide you through the full body shake. Come take class with Carol and shake you will!

WHEN NOT IN THE STUDIO
Carol is busy with her 3 young children. She loves spending time outside with them, in the winter on the ski slopes or in warmer weather at the beach or on the golf course. Carol loves working outside in her organic vegetable garden with her family and cooking up delicious meals in the kitchen!

Carol won a Division 1 National Championship with her Lacrosse Team at UVA and loves cheering on the Wahoos with her family!
